Tony's career has been in support of the automotive industry with finance, insurance and service companies over four decades.
Tony was a Regional Director of Mercantile Credit, and went on to be Sales Director of British Credit Trust Ltd, Managing Director of Forthright Finance Ltd, the HPI Equifax and Singer and Friedlander Insurance Finance Ltd before becoming an independent consultant and more recently a Director of Incident Director Ltd.
Tony has been a prominent and well respected member of the Motor Industry throughout his career and today is a member of the Motor Industry Consultants Group, honorary Treasurer of BEN, the automotive industry charity, and a regular attendee of the Motor Trade Golf Society Events.
Steve, graduated in Business Studies and after a brief spell with the Marley Tile Co, joined the Heron Corporation and immediately became involved with Suzuki, beginning a 19 year involvement with power products, motorcycles and ultimately cars. 12 of the 19 years were spent with in motorcycle industry and Steve was Chairman of the Motorcycle Industry Association, for a number of years.
Steve then went on to spend 8 years as group Chief Executive of the 380000 member Civil Service Motoring Association and its subsidiary Britannia Rescue.
Early retiring in 2005, Steve established a business mentoring programme to benefit business without Non-Executive Directors and then founded with Tony Worthy ©Incident Director Ltd.
Ted is one of the most experienced Support Service managers in the industry. With over twenty years experience of running cleaning, security, hygiene and pest control companies for Rentokil Initial Plc. He has run businesses, both large and small, in all parts of the globe. In his time as Director and Chief Operating OIfficer of the company he brought experience and insight to many management challenges.
After 14 years as Chairman and Chief Executive of the Perry Group Plc, Richard has since held a number of Non-Executive Directorships, including water companies, hospital trusts and Non-Executive Chairman of Nationwide Accident Repair Services Plc. Richard now runs Capex Services Ltd a general consultancy services provider and is a county board member of the Princes Trust.
Malcolm was group Chief Executive of Liverpool Victoria, a retail financial services group with an annual turnover of £750 million, 2,000 employees, and assets of over £7.4 billion. Malcolm is an affiliate of LECG and Telos specialising in financial services and also a Non-Executive Director of Lincoln UK and Scottish Friendly Assurance. A qualified actuary Malcolm has been appointed actuary at all the companies he has worked for.
